James Guercio did an amazing job with our fire insurance claim. It is very difficult to know what to do or who to trust after you experience a loss from fire. James and his team helped us navigate through all the processes from filing the insurance claim to restoring family photos. We were originally skeptical of paying a fee for the services that we thought we could do ourselves.
