We had a house fire on 10/26/2013. Everything was chaos and there were many people trying to take advantage of our situation. When our adjuster from Rubin and Rosen sat and spoke with us we knew they were the company to go with. They were honest and right on top of everything. They helped us, and are continuing to help us get through everything, even things they, as adjusters, didn’t need to help us with! James Guercio took over our account when he felt things weren’t going as smoothly as they should. He was very caring and got everything done in a prompt manner!
