Our home was severely impacted by Superstorm Sandy. Fortunately, we referred to James at Ruben and Rosen by a neighbor. There is no way we could have navigated the insurance red tape and nightmare adjusters alone. James and his staff handle everything professionally and compassionately. We were treated like people and not numbers. They dealt with my many neurotic and frustrated( at the adjuster assigned, not them!) emails and calls sympathetically and quickly.
